PBSP's Livelihood and Enterprise Development (LED) initiative assists enterprises in their commercial endeavors. One of its supported organizations is Women for Progress of Nagpayong Multipurpose Cooperative (WPNMPC). The women cooperative produces water hyacinth (water lilies) leatherette sheets that are used to create different handicrafts such as bags, slippers, boxes, vases, and wine holders.
