The Inigan Upland Farmers Association (IUFA) is composed of 200 members, most of which are migrants from Aklan who inhabited the area during the 70s. IUFA was organized by DENR for their Upland Development Program. They have a pending PACBRMA application in DENR which covers 400 hectares of forest and agricultural land. IUFA was registered to SEC in October 5, 2006. It is located in Sitio Inigan, Barangay San Rafael, Wawa Sub-river basin. IUFA members are traders of different vegetables and fruits which they produce in their own managed lands.

The farmers transport their goods in two ways: through the river by renting a "balsa" or by carrying the goods on their back. They transport their farm products like eggplant, squash, string beans, and fruits from their managed land to the market.
